• Support clients and team in effectively conveying their message in print, signage or electronic media using color, type, illustration and photography.
• Comfortable and confident working with digital printing and finishing equipment
• Work closely with sales team to identify and create client solutions
• Produce orders accurately, efficiently and quickly while maintaining highest quality standards
• Remain up to date on changing trends in the graphic design industry
• Interpret customer requests and turn ideas into tangible products
• Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products
• At least 3 years experience in digital print and/or sign production
• Experience in bindery, shipping and some customer service
• Working nowledge in Microsoft programs and variable data
• Ability to communicate ideas visually, orally, and in writing
• Creativity and problem solving skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in prepress design is helpful
