Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Print Application Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers across North America to demonstrate, install, and support our range of industrial printing devices used in factory automation applications.

Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong affinity for computers and peripherals, with the ability to explain complex systems in an accessible manner.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Technical ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical components of printing devices.
• Customer Interaction Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by patience, clarity in communication, and a customer-centric approach.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex systems in an accessible manner.
• Travel Readiness: Valid driver's license with a clean record; willingness and ability to travel extensively across North America.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Education: Minimum of a 2-year IT degree from a community college or technical school; additional qualifications are advantageous.
• Learning Orientation: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
