Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Print Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our print team, responsible for performing a variety of printing tasks such as generating bills, COBRA notices, letters, and statements. You will work closely with the machine insert operator, scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and that client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically proficient, and possess the ability to handle multiple printers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain a fleet of Xerox printers, including models 288 Nuvera, 157 Nuvera, Versant Color 180, and Color C60.
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance on printers, conduct quality checks, and identify/report any malfunctioning equipment.
  • Reorder supplies and place service calls as needed to ensure continuous printer functionality.
  • Monitor and maintain ongoing performance of printers to ensure proper operation.
  • Work with the machine insert operator, scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams to meet client SLAs and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety protocols to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Document all issues and report them to leads or managers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of concerns.
  • Review all printed materials for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot printer issues promptly and accurately to minimize downtime.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and manage printer-related supplies and materials safely.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in print operations, including operating commercial printing machines (Xerox Nuvera, Versant, Color C60, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printer issues quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Good communication skills to document and report issues to management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and client SLAs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage physical aspects of print operations.
  • Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines in a print environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with preventive maintenance of printers and office equipment.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume print production environment.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $35,280.00 - $44,100.00.
