Print Production SpecialistKansas City, MO (onsite)4+ MonthsM-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)The role involves operating high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment, performing related tasks, and handling office mail management.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copy machines and document imaging systems.
• Perform binding, and finishing work, and maintain copier equipment.
• Handle mail and shipping, including sorting, distributing, and applying postage.
• Generate reports for digital printing and imaging systems.
• Perform light maintenance, file services, and meeting room setups as needed.
• Manage inventory of supplies and ensure proper functionality of office equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Experience with high volume printing and office equipment.
• Proficiency in Outlook, email systems, and Excel.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 55 lbs. and handle machines up to 700 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.
• Occasional overtime, including nights and weekends, may be needed.
