They will only interview candidates who have good longevity at previous positions. **Qualifications:High school diploma / GED2 to 5 years of experience in equipment setup, electronics, or roll to roll manufacturing.Skilled in the use of a wide variety of tools and test equipment.Cleanroom experience desirable.(required PPE includes smocks, hair nets, covers on shoes. Steel-toed shoes NOT required)Associate degree in a technical discipline preferred (or equivalent work experience).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalSuperior organization and problem-solving skillsVisual quality inspection experience and attention to detail to properly troubleshoot and adjust machines.Microsoft Office productsAvailable Shifts:Weekend Shift:Weekend AM Shift works Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7a-7pWeekend PM Shift works Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7p-7a$20-$24/hr., depending upon experience and skillsPosition Summary:Support manufacturing operations by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment. Key player in equipment uptime, quality and run rate.Essential Job Functions:Assist with equipment installations, startup, and qualification.Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations on equipment.Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment and material problems.Assist engineering with process developments.Collect and report data on process, product, or machine performance.Monitor equipment uptime, report issues, propose solutions to equipment issues.Run production equipment and train operators as needed.Review new or old documentation for accuracy or compliance.Changeover of wire spoolsOther duties as assignedIND123My name is Elaina Muenster, and I joined Vector Technical in November, 2017.
