As an Printing Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced, high-variability art manufacturing process, contributing to the precision and quality that define Four Hands Art Studio. In This Role

• Operate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers, dye sublimation presses, and cutting equipment with precision and care
• Manage and distribute workload across multiple printers in alignment with the production schedule
• Read, analyze, and execute detailed job tickets to ensure accurate and timely production
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with printers, media, and file setups
• Handle finished prints, transferring them to designated staging areas for further processing
• Focus on, understand, and repeat processes related to working with large format digital presses
• Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring every piece meets Four Hands' high expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate effectively within a team, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently when needed
• Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
• Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person

• Previous digital printing experience required
• Experience with both roll-to-roll and flatbed printers preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to set and meet goals throughout the day as well as adjust priorities based on unforeseen changes
• Ability to operate manual and electric material handling equipment, such as printing equipment and hand jacks
• Strong communicator with a professional demeanor
• Continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching in a warehouse environment
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and or required
