Join our growing team today: Compensation Package includes: Competitive base salary Profit Sharing Plan (Paid 2x per year) Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance 401k (Company matching) Paid Vacation and Holidays (Including your birthday) Responsibilities Ability to read and write in English Able to drive and operate a scissor Lift and fork truck Able to perform manual labor tasks as assigned Work In a safe manner in accordance to federal and company policies Must have knowledge of LOTO and Arc Flash Able to follow federal and company policies and procedures Proven ability to work as a team Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision Attend department and plant meeting and training Ability to read and interpret machine prints Must have basic computer skills Must have familiarity with most hand and power tools Must have experience with the following, but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Plumbing Qualifications Positive attitude and the ability to work with others. Honest, dependable, and motivated. Good math skills. Good problem solving and analytical skills. Must have good communications skills, written and verbal. Must know how to use basic measuring tools and power tools Have a valid Driver's license. Mechanical ability. Must provide own hand tools. Forklift certified. Aerial Lift certified. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Ability to work around grease, oils, and solvents without adverse reactions. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and squat throughout 12 hr entire shift.
