Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Press Operator with Flexographic experience. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of presses in a manufacturing environment.General press knowledge/ Flexographic experience and troubleshooting mechanical skills required!Responsibilities- Adjust machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure, temperature & amount of materials for quality production.- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and productivity- Perform routine maintenance on presses- Complete quality checks & Paperwork every day to maintain production & industry standards.- Troubleshoot issues with press operations- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all timesRequirements- Requires standing, walking & bending throughout the entire shift- Problem solving skills both in a team atmosphere as well as individually- Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills- Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team setting- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands- Ability to learn new technology and equipment- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and schedules- Frequent lifting and carrying materials up to 50lbsIf you possess these skills and are looking to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for the Press Operator position.
