SummaryDirect the planning and designing of operational strategies and tactics that will enhance the operation of an effective Privacy Program for Children's Health System of Texas. For multiple hospitals and several affiliates. Serve as a key contributor to all interactions related to investigations of Privacy violations including reporting to regulatory agencies such as the Office for Civil Rights and other state and federal agencies. Participate in and coordinate ongoing privacy program activities for the healthcare system. Serve as a conduit between operations, corporate services, and departmental leadership in assisting/developing the necessary controls and safeguards ensuring privacy meets its strategic goals as set forth by leadership.
