We care and make a positive difference.Summary:As a contributing member of the Private Client Group team within Advisor Solutions, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our work. They will actively contribute to the efficiency of our operations by supporting content creation, cross-functional deliverables, and field co-creation with the aim of achieving our desired business outcomes. This includes shared responsibilities for workforce management, systems administration, data management, research and reporting, project management, content skills and delivery on multi-year strategic initiatives.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:* Resource planning, scheduling, logistics, and reporting for all onsite and remote operations for the business.* Maintain usability, support efficiency, and drive improvements of current & future enterprise systems.* Utilize various records databases to track and report on department activities and metrics.* Support strategic priorities through reporting that is specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, to track progress and motivate team members to perform at their best.* Provide visibility and transparency of work and plans to management, using data to make successes and challenges visible.* Promote and drive Process Automation, Optimization and Innovation.* Streamline processes and workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization for enhancement of overall operational effectiveness.* Escalate feedback to management to follow through on the needs and/or gaps of operational accountabilities.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.* Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting project teams, operations, or related.* Proficient in the latest version of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.* Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends and patterns.* Understanding of process & project management with the ability to organize and deliver results.* Ability to prioritize work, work under pressure, and deliver in tight timeframes.* Solid technical background with hands-on experience.* Effective written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.* Positively receptive to direction, guidance, feedback, and is accountable for own contribution.* Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding* Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and solve problems involving ambiguity.* Can adapt quickly to change and comfortable with continuous improvement.* Ability to positively influence, work cooperatively, and collaborate with others.Compensation Range:Pay Range - Start: $60,340.00Pay Range - End: $112,060.00Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment. At Northwestern Mutual, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Positions in certain locations (such as California) may provide an increase on the standard pay structure based on the location.
