Location: Novi, West Bloomfield, and Farmington Hills

Availability: Open Availability and flexible! Personal care experience required!

Pay Rate: Between $14 & $16/hour – With Next-Day Pay!

Shifts Available: 11a-2p, Monday-Sunday with flexible days!

What You'll Do as a Private Duty Caregiver:

As a caregiver, you will build meaningful connections with seniors and enhance their quality of life by providing essential services, including:

• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)

• Companionship (engaging in activities like reading, games, music, and puzzles)

• Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping

• Medication Reminders

• Transportation to Appointments or Errands

• Special Assistance for Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Parkinson's Care

• Support with Mobility (including gait belts and Hoyer lifts)

We're Looking For in a Private Duty Caregiver:

• Compassionate and reliable individuals with a passion for helping others

• Experience in hands-on personal care with seniors

• Open availability for flexible scheduling

• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Willingness to complete a background check

• English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing)
