Job Title: Private Equity Associate

Location: Los Angeles, California

Job Summary:

An operationally focused PE firm in Los Angeles is looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team as a Private Equity Associate. They work across traditional buyout, restructuring, and special situations, spanning across diverse industries including Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials, and Business Services.

They have proven to be successful and recently oversubscribed their third fund! Their leadership has decades of successful private equity experience stemming from the most reputable PE shops in the country.

**3 years of Investment Banking experience required!

Private Equity Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or related field preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
