Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Perform due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Support the execution of transactions, including negotiations, structuring, and closing.
  • Maintain and update financial models and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
