This position could be incentivized to join our team. This is a day/evening shift position, PRN with Emerald Health and Rehab - Legacy Pointe. We now have new Administrator and a excellent Director of Nursing with a steady group of other Key Leaders as we build back our facility. Come talk to us about you!GENERAL PURPOSEPerform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psycho social environment for the residentsESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESProperly use and maintain facility equipmentMaintain residents' rooms in neat, orderly and clutter-free mannerEnsure residents are given correct dietSupport residents' participation in activity programsDirectly respond, within scope, to needs and concerns of residents and family members including call lightsEnsure residents' right to privacy (visual and auditory)Provide resident care as directed by care plan and/or nursing staffEnsure residents' comfort while assisting them in achieving their highest practicable level of functioningParticipate in collecting data needed for the accurate completion of the MDS and the plan of careProvide input to the Nurses for development of the plan of care and information gathered from care giving activitiesCODE OF CONDUCTMust adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics policy including documentation and reporting responsibilities QUALIFICATIONSMust be a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in good standing in Nebraska.
