PRN Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)Location: High Point, NCFacility: Long-Term Care Facility$17 - $18/hr depending on the shift (7a-3:30p and 3p-11p)We are currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis. Work when you are available.Job Overview:As a PRN CNA, you will work on an as-needed basis to assist in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will be part of a team that ensures our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met with the highest standards of care.Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.- Provide personal care and comfort for residents according to their individualized care plans.- Assist with monitoring residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in resident condition.- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.- Support residents' social needs and help foster a positive, engaging environment.- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.Qualifications:- Current, active certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina.- Previous 2yrs experience in long-term care or hospital setting- BLS - American Heart Association- Proof of Immunizations (MMR, Varicella, TDAP, HepB)- Current TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray- Seasonal Flu Vaccination- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.Physical Requirements:- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.- Ability to assist residents with mobility and transfers.
