ResponsibilitiesPRN - Patient TransporterPoplar Springs Hospital is a 183 bed acute care and residential facility. The PRN Patient Transporter will transport patients/residents to/from appointments as scheduled by facility staff. In addition to providing transportation, this position will also be utilized to perform clerical duties such as but not limited to, filing unit/department supply requisitions, delivery of supplies to various locations and delivery of packages received through UPS, Fed Ed etc. During times when there are no transports scheduled and other obligations are fulfilled, this position may be asked to perform other clerical duties such as filing, copying, and duties as such or be assigned as MHW on a unit.
