We are seeking a Problem-Solving Court Case Manager for one of our clients in Frederick, MD
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of the community and services to citizens in general.
- Developing case plans.
- Facilitating access to services and monitoring participant progress.
- Completing weekly case notes, and weekly reports, writing agreements, and submitting case management activities in AIMS.
- Following judicial directives.
- Evaluating new resources and establishing new contracts and partnerships.
- Innovating traditional services.
- Assessing program and participant needs.
- Supporting client needs and providing guidance while mentoring participants through tasks and obligations assigned and implemented by the program.
- Participating in weekly meetings and court proceedings.
- Oversight to include, but not limited to, acquisition and facilitating access to the following resources: housing, education, vocational services, health, legal, family services, behavioral
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree from an accredited college or university in public or court administration, social work, psychology, criminal justice, business management, behavior management, public health, sociology, corrections, or a related field as determined by the AOC
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in public or count administration, social work, psychology, criminal justice, business management, behavior management, public health, sociology, corrections, or a related field as determined by the AOC.
Generalized Experience:
- At minimum, two (2) years of fieldwork or case management experience to include project or program case management, in the field of addictions, human/family services, health services, public safety or law enforcement, corrections, court management.
