Principal RA/ Engineer, Process Development 2032709Location: Greater Boston, MA (Onsite)Science/ Focus: BiologicsJob Overview: This role entails conducting complex experiments for antibody therapeutics and contributing to experimental design and complex problem resolution within a process development team working on clinical stage therapeutics.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Lead complex experiments for downstream process development, solving technical challenges to achieve project goals.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues, improving project outcomes and contributing to patents and methods

Primary Job Requirements:

• BS with 5-8 years or MS with 2+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in early-stage clinical drug process development
• Expertise in scaling up a process for tangential flow filtration (TFF) and chromatography, (AKTA is preferred but not required)
• Any exposure to working with lipid nanoparticle drug products is a plus but not required
