We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with a strong background in injection molding to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring efficient production workflows. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position is a contract to possible perm position that must be worked on-site. Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Years experience with Process Engineering
• Experience with Develop, implement, and optimize injection molding processes to improve production efficiency and product quality
• Identify and resolve issues related to mold performance, part quality, and production rates
• Monitor and analyze product quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery, materials, and processes
• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools
