Job Title: Process EngineerLocation: Greater Watertown, NYSalary: $85,000- $110,000Summary:A reputable Paper Manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Process Engineer for their Watertown, NY facility.Responsibilities:The ideal Process Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Drive opportunities for process optimization by leveraging feedback from management, operators, customers, consumers, industry leaders, and maintenance personnel.
• Oversee all phases of trials aimed at process improvement, including defining cost/saving implications, required process changes, conducting risk/benefit analysis, and documenting as well as communicating outcomes, conclusions, and recommendations to the business.
• Identify, test, trial, and implement potential new fiber sources.
• Supervise chemical supplier activities and establish priorities for their tasks.

Qualifications: The ideal Process Engineer will have the following skill set:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bio Engineering, Chemistry, or Pulp & Paper Engineering
• 3+ years in a paper manufacturing environment
• Experience in driving/assisting in cost-saving initiatives
