Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for a Process Engineer.Job Location:Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world's number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts.What you will be doing:Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and effective manufacturing processes for Wet Tantalum capacitors.Conduct process capability studies and implement process improvement initiatives.Test and qualify new processes/raw materials.Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and improve product quality.Develop and implement process documentation and work instructions.Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.What you will bring along:Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Materials Science, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.1-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the electronics industry.Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What can we offer you for your talent:Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs, and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
