Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or Bioengineering.
• Six Sigma/Lean certification.
• Higher-level equivalent qualification considered.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in the Biotech or Pharma industry
• Min 5 years of related process engineering experience

Competencies:

Technical:

• Process Engineering: Qualification and validation.
• Provide technical input for process improvements, including change control, deviations, investigations, and CAPA.
• Lead technology transfer and project management initiatives.
• Implement process changes through change control processes.
• Reporting and documentation of key activities and outcomes.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Partner with vendors and CMOs to execute advanced process and product technology transfers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution.
