Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a self-motivated and solution focused professional to join our team as a Process Engineer. As a Process Engineer, you will work directly with R&D and our Manufacturing teams to develop new products, enhance current product offerings, and optimize these products for manufacturing. Development will include gaining an extensive knowledge of the manufacturing processes and technologies, including industry standards for printed circuit board assembly, following IPC quality standards, and multi-plant/team collaboration to develop and maintain best practices. You will also be responsible for completing process engineering specific deliverables related to Engineering Change Orders (EC - Os) on-time and in collaboration with your business partners.
