Safety. Always demonstrates and promotes a pro-active safety culture. Employees shall acknowledge the Zip-Pak policy of requesting self-reporting of any illness, food borne pathogens, or diseases which may be transmitted to food products and food contact surfaces that may jeopardize food safety. Quality. Optimizes production processes to ensure consistent results and eliminate personnel variability. Creates standard procedures, work instructions, and validation plans as required. Works effectively with cross functional teams to advance quality standards. Manages engineering change cycle and required procedures for new product introduction. Delivery. Manages scope, timeline, and requirements to achieve project success. Shall support Food Safety Culture activities within the organization in support of Food Safety Management System in accordance with the Food Safety Code for Manufacture of Food Packaging.
