Process Engineer, Refined Products - ONEOK : Job Details

Performs intermediate level engineering and/or project management duties related to one or more functional areas that may include condensate and transmix processing units, as well as storage facility operation. Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Provide technical support and guidance to process unit operations related to troubleshooting and optimizing distillation towers, fired heaters, heat exchangers, air cooled condensers, control systems, rotating equipment, fixed bed reactors, and other unit operations. - Perform and review relief valve sizing, specification and installation pursuant to American Petroleum Institute (API) 520 and 521. - Conduct predictive modeling of equipment fouling rates to predict and economically justify condensate/transmix process unit turnaround and small outage scopes of work. - Utilize process simulation software package (e.g., Aspen or Hysys) to perform product yield and heat and material balance analyses for processing units. - Scope and develop ...Process Engineer, Engineer, Technical Support, Operations, Processing, Project Management
