Position: Training Development / Process Improvement Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Start: 1/6/25

Our client is building out a brand-new team in the Research Administration office and Sponsored Projects Administration Office. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved at the ground floor of a group that plans to continue to expand. These efforts are being led by the Sr Executive Director of Research Administration.

Job Description:

· Focus on business process improvement initiatives

· Solve ambiguous problems by leveraging cross-functional collaboration to plan, execute, and scale solutions

· Lead diverse teams through the process of solution design and implementation

· Identify, document and deconstruct barriers to positive achievement

· Focus on improving policies and processes to better serve the School's varied constituents

· Solution design and data analysis to tackle intricate challenges, offering actionable recommendations and driving solution implementation

· Develop project charters

· Develop process maps

· Develop policies, processes and standard operating procedures for operational efficiency

· Develop best practices Prepare and/or contribute to quarterly, annual, and other project update reports

· Conduct training and professional development initiatives

· Develop and deliver processes and procedures for operational efficiency

· Manage events, program development, and training delivery projects

· Develop and deliver training curriculum

· Develop and deliver professional development opportunities

· Develop and deliver best practices

· Develop educational materials (courses, curricula, training, etc.)

· Research cutting edge and best practices, peer-reviewed research literature, and existing resources related to educational topics, including subject-matter experts

· Write and design educational materials using best practice for instructional design (including plain language and digital accessibility)

· Tailor educational materials for different and targeted audiences

· Deliver education through presentations, training, and other settings. (Examples include creating online, on-demand, hybrid, and in person training)

· Assist in developing and implementing project workplans

Prepare and/or contribute to quarterly, annual, and other project update reports
