Job SummaryThe Process Improvement Specialist is the subject matter expert in the use of digital management system platforms. This role directly supports the enterprise's operations team in translating their needs into functional improvements and requirements in the management system. This role configures and tests solutions and liaises with Operations as the first support contact on management system application user interface support and troubleshooting.Essential Functions* Actively supports the Company's commitment to safety and its Core Values .* Represents the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics .* Performs information presentation tasks such as report automation, dashboarding, and notifications.* Supports internal users with interface and performance needs for management system applications.* Supports information management of project data for management system applications.* Prepares content and delivers training on management system applications.* Troubleshoots digital approval workflows.* Supports preparation of functional requirements for management system applications.* Collaborates closely with the Information Technology department on solutions evaluation, planning, and deployment.* Conducts and documents testing of management system applications against functional requirements.* Configures demonstrations of newly developed functionality in management system applications.* Configures and modifies automated notifications of management system events such as safety and quality incidents.* Serves as core member of business process improvement teams.* Performs other responsibilities as required or assigned.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience in lieu of degree.* 2+ years of digital applications configuration, test and end-user support and development of management system experience required.* Superior computer skills including configuration of low-code and no-code applications, database functionality, digital workflows, report-generation, and dashboard management.* Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft tools.* Power BI experience is strongly preferred.* Experience with a digital workflow and records system is preferred.* Demonstrated attention to detail and discipline in managing work tasks and satisfying requirements.* Ability to build and give presentations for managerial and executive audiences.* Analytical skills, root cause problem solving and process mapping.* Possess time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.* Customer service orientation with ability to work well with others.* Occasional overtime and travel will be required with this position.Full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision plans covering eligible employees and dependents, disability benefits, life and AD&D insurance, an employee assistance program (EAP), a 401(k) plan with company match, an employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), a robust wellness program and adoption assistance.
