Job Description
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality management systems and objectives for the respective area of responsibility.
- Organize standardized operational management for products under your responsibilities.
- Participate in quality planning for new products and implement corresponding preventive measures.
- Coordinate, handle, inspect, and supervise daily affairs related to Process Quality Control (PQC).
- Control testing costs and labor costs to improve work efficiency and service quality.
- Establish standards for operational compliance checks in PQC.
- Develop operational compliance check guidelines for PQC.
- Actively promote and implement quality improvement activities.
- Implement and verify the effectiveness of preventive and corrective measures.
- Responsible for the development and training of engineers and team leaders.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the quality of PQC work.
- Conduct assessments of the achievement of process quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assess and evaluate the performance of PQC personnel.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
