  • Monitor and control process parameters through measurement and oversight of machinery and product quality.
  • Conduct process control verification checks to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain continuity of information and documentation related to control plans and quality operating procedures.
  • Manage product and process controls, define and execute capability tests, and support the continuous improvement and development of new product and process solutions.
  • Facilitate training for machinery operators and provide ongoing support.
  • Identify and address potential defects throughout various phases of the MIRS modules.
  • Analyze root causes of product and/or process anomalies, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Oversee the implementation of new products in production, supporting all phases of industrialization and prototype activities.
  • Ensure the reliability of the industrialization process and continuously identify opportunities for capability enhancement within existing processes.
  • Manage data entry, analysis, and reporting of quality systems to support the operational functions of the quality department.
  • Conduct capability studies and define/update process specifications to achieve targeted quality levels.
  • Provide daily reporting on quality metrics and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in MIRS processes, with a solid understanding of machinery capabilities and robotics.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating strong initiative and responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in reducing lead times for process industrialization.
  • Competency in statistical analysis related to defect trend analysis.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications, including Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access for data entry.
  • A two-year degree or relevant work experience is preferred
