Process Tech; 2nd Shift 3pm-1130pm; $29.94/hour - Stanley Black & Decker : Job Details

As a process tech, youll be part of our team located in Gallatin, TN. Youll get to: Follow Safety Procedures including but not limited to Lock Out / Tag Out, Crane Inspection, Housekeeping. Facilitate and support plant safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts. Set & start up production jobs while using current process procedures and databases for documenting and troubleshooting. Perform Set-up, Process Start-Up, and Shutdown of all molding and auxiliary equipment. Monitor all manufacturing processes. Maintain optimization of all equipment. Report any issues with injection molds, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles time, process capability and tooling history. Respond to machine alarms and quality concerns in a timely manner. Address unacceptable reject levels. Work with quality and production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements.
