Join us and become a part of our dedicated professional team and contribute daily to bringing clean and reliable solar energy solutions to our customers around the globe in an exciting, challenging, and dynamic work environment!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCarry out daily inspection of equipment and process, ensure the normal operation of process equipment, and learn and improve one's own skills and capabilities.Maintain the on-site manufacturing process, develop manufacturing work instructions and provide training to others.Participate in addressing various accidents and propose improvement measures and suggestions.Make daily operation records and maintenance records of relevant systems in a timely manner.Follow work arrangement and solve the reported issues in a timely fashion.Actively complete other work and tasks assigned by supervisor.Cooperate with the engineer to provide on-site guidance for special operations.Generate quality reports, quality data entry into the MES system and other systems.Adhere to all environmental, health and safety rules and policies.Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONSTechnical diploma or higher (electrical or mechanical), familiarity with solar modules or semiconductors combined with relevant work experience is preferred.0-1 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (photovoltaic industry preferred).Exceptional troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical components preferred.Skillfully use Microsoft Office Suites.Must be able to effectively use hand tools and measurements.Ability to use data analysis tools such as MS Excel and other applications.Dedicated, hardworking, reliable, and able to adapt to shifts and work under pressure.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequently remains stationary up to 75% of the time.Frequently bends, stands, stoops, and/or walks.Occasionally (team lift) carries weight and/or lifts objects (light to moderate) weighing up to 20 lbs.Frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters; must be able to exchange accurate information.Frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, testing equipment, office documents, and office objects near and far.Occasionally ascends/descends on stairways to get to upper and lower floors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
