  • Following all aspects of processing safety protocol.
  • High speed automation experience.
  • Responsible for cleanliness of department and all processing equipment.
  • Contribute to highly productive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Work with Team Leader during line clearance and 5S.
  • Communicate effectively with production personnel, supervisors, and engineers to ensure quality.
  • Maintain good documentation practices.
  • Work from layout drawings, point-to-point wire lists and wiring schematics.
  • Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
  • An Assembly Technician is responsible for constructing small parts and components to create new products according to client specifications.
  • In addition, they perform diagnostic tests on assembled items and conduct adjustments when needed to make sure the final product functions efficiently.
  • Quickly and effectively detect malfunctions with machinery and inform managers or upper-level staff of issues as they arise.
Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience; depending on previous education and current skills
  • Automation Skills: Experience with high-speed automation is preferred
  • Capable of installing electrical and electronic parts and hardware in various product
  • Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn production tools and methodologies
  • Significant mechanical aptitude with a strong focus on quality and precision
  • Must be highly safety-conscious and strictly adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and Significant mechanical skills, proven attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and diagrams as delivered for each product
What will put you ahead?
  • A Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
