Process TechnicianJob DescriptionThis location is an injection molding facility that produces plastic buckets and lids. The Process Technicians, referred to as Team Leads, are responsible for maintaining the injection molding area consisting of 4-6 machines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting the line to correct any issues, making adjustments to the lines such as adjusting speed, feed, and temperature, and starting up and shutting down the lines. Additionally, there is a leadership component where they will guide machine operators in the cell, assign tasks, and ensure production quotas are met.Hard Skills
