Process Technician - Synerfac : Job Details

Our client is a leading global Plastic Injection Molding company. They are looking for a Process Technician to join their team here in the Raleigh area. Candidates for this role will be joining a growing team at a new location for a multinational corporation that has been in business for over 40 years. The Ideal candidate for this role will be very technically skilled, with a working knowledge of Injection Molding Machinery. Job Responsibilities - - Work under the direction of management to complete assigned tasks, including but not limited to mold installation and removal, start up and troubleshooting existing jobs, and workstation set-up.- Work with other departments to organize and maintain consistent operations. - Maintain Process data logs, and set-up sheets, monitor and analyze IQMS data. - Maintain Set-Up equipment condition, organization, and inventory.Job RequirementsJob Requirements -- 3 years of experience as a Set-Up technician.- 3 or more years of experience working with Injection molding machines.- Experience with maintenance and quality management tasks associated with monitoring injection molding processes.- IQMS Erp system experience is a plus- Availability to work on a 2nd or 3rd shift.- Read and interpret part prints.
