We're excited to welcome them to the Solar Cannabis Co. family! JOB TITLE: Processing and Packaging Technician DIVISION: El Blunto AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:

• Reports directly to the Processing and Packaging Manager

• Maintain a high level of quality throughout the production and packaging process.
• Work with and adapt to different cannabis strains and styles during the rolling and packing process.
  • Include rolling and packing pre-rolls, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Accurately applying labels to various product packaging.
• Cleaning processing areas and equipment daily.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Prior experience with rolling or packing pre-rolls is preferred, but not required.
• Fundamental knowledge of using scales, stuffing cones, and packaging jars is required.

• Must pass all required background checks.
• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills required
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Frequently move up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product (100 pounds with assistance)
• Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and humidity
• Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the ground
• May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods
