This position reports to the Bagging Lead, Processing Plant Manager, or Production Location Manager for guidance on day-to-day activities of processing, treating and packaging seed for Beck's.As a member of the Beck's Family of employees, all full-time employees are eligible for a generous benefits package:

Responsibilities
- Follow directives of the Bagging Lead, Processing Plant Manager, or Production Location Manager concerning processing products.
- Operate processing equipment in the plant.
- Operate the seed treater in the plant.
- Operate the bagging line.
- Communicate to the supervisor on any quality concerns with product.
- Report ongoing status of operations to the Bagging Lead, Processing Plant Manager, or Production Location Manager.
- Report to the supervisor on supply needs to continue operation of the plant.
- Aid in implementing and following quality control standards in the processing, treating and packaging of products in the corn plant.
- Assist in the husking, sorting, drying, discard and shelling operations.
- Assist with seed box washing activities.
- Record bagging information for the Bagging Lead, Processing Plant Manager, or Production Location Manager.
- Perform other related duties as may be required by the Bagging Lead, Processing Plant Manager, or Production Location Manager.
Job RequirementsEducation and training:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck's automobile insurance policy.
Technical knowledge:
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Ability to perform mathematical computations.
- Must be able to successfully complete Beck's Fork Lift training.

Travel and hours of work:
- Overnight travel may be required based on project needs at Beck's regional locations and may vary in duration of time.
Physical demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to pass respiratory medical clearance evaluation may be required.
