• Sort, grade and price donated products using store guidelines and computer generated ticketing software
• Stock the retail sales floor with product
• Assist with store cleaning
• Work as part of a team who is responsible for meeting daily product goals
• Help unload and load the merchandise truck
• Stock and merchandise the sales floor
• Help customers to find products they are seeking as needed

Compensation and Benefits for Full-Time Work:Starting rate: $19.00 per hour followed by eligibility for annual performance-based increases with maximum pay of $21.37 per hour. Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service.
