The role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all activities relating to purchasing goods and services including tracking open commitments, managing/controlling cost, and reporting on all spending. This role will also be responsible for all other vendor payment-related functions.Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage team of purchasing and accounts payable analysts.
• Responsible for purchase order processing, vendor payments, cost tracking and variance analysis
• Track and report on cost variances, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Provide cash outflow reporting and projections
• Implement system improvements and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings.
• Manage vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary data is collected and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze purchasing data and metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee vendor pay runs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procure to pay, or business administration
• Ability to extract data and analyze ERP information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
