Job Details

We are seeking a Procure to Pay (AP) Manager to join our fast-paced Accounting and Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all activities relating to purchasing goods and services including tracking open commitments, managing/controlling costs, and reporting on all spending. This role will also be responsible for all other vendor payment-related functions.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage team of purchasing and accounts payable analysts.
  • Responsible for purchase order processing, vendor payments, cost tracking and variance analysis.
  • Track and report on cost variances, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide cash outflow reporting and projections.
  • Implement system improvements and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings.
  • Manage vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary data is collected and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze purchasing data and metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
  • Oversee vendor pay runs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procure to pay, or business administration.
  • Ability to extract data and analyze ERP information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
