Summary:

Landscape Workshop is a Commercial Landscaping company that is looking to improve procurement and supply chain processes for our rapidly growing company. We are looking for a resourceful Procurement Analyst to help us secure vehicles, equipment, fuel, uniforms and other key purchasing components for our landscaping business.

There are four main parts to this role, including:

  • Procurement of vehicles, equipment, and other key purchasing components through a competitive bid process
  • Planning, budgeting and needs assessment with our various branches on individual procurement challenges
  • Administration relevant to items above to include (entry into asset management systems, annual registration, fuel card ordering)
  • Insurance claim management of the fleet

Skills:

  • Negotiation skills, multitasking skills to support multiple branches across the footprint
  • Analytical skills, including intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Excel
  • Organizational skills, experience running parallel processes across locations and ability to push multiple projects along
  • Ability to run a competitive RFP process and provide strategic recommendations for key purchasing decisions for Landscape Workshop inclusive of, but not limited to production vehicles(box and open body trucks), pickup trucks, mowers, handheld equipment, fuel vendors, uniforms, etc.
  • A successful candidate will be resourceful and organized; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus
  • Understands negotiation with vendors, able to analyze cost decisions vs. functionality
  • Business acumen
  • Ability to work with team members across the organization
  • Annual registration of vehicles, insurance claim management
  • Entry of new purchases into asset management system
  • Order of new fuel cards, uniforms etc.
  • Strong understanding of Excel functions to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to create, manage, and organize multiple worksheets within a workbook, ensuring seamless navigation and data consistency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with Excel-based reports and data.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics or related field is preferred
