Job Duties:
* Job Summary:
Processes purchasing, procurement card accounts payable, and expense report documents.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Process and audit purchase documents and supplier contracts.
* Place orders and make payments with a procurement card.
* Edit and audit accounts payable documents.
* Process and audit expense reports.
* Process inventory documents.
* Process utility bank drafts and reporting in Commonwealth Energy Management and Control Systems (CEMCS).
* Process incoming and outgoing mail and shipment of packages.
* Assist all departments with purchasing/accounts payable related questions.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
* Interacts with contracted vendors and staff to coordinate, facilitate, and resolve routine day-to-day procurement issues.
* Answers questions and provides guidance regarding specific commodities and service areas to various individuals and groups based on set material or standards.
* Other accounting/business affairs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Associate degree and four years related experience.
