Taft is currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team.We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our team in the Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis or Minneapolis office. All Taft employees operate under a Client First philosophy - in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of the firm's strategic procurement planMaintain timely and accurate organization of firm-wide contractsCommunicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goalsDesign process for moving from paper to electronic for all vendors including maintaining a digital contracting platformAssist in firm-wide travel program including booking and planningHigh level of organization and attention to detailIndividual in this position will provide additional assistance and support as directed by the supervisorRequirements:Computer and mathematical aptitudeAbility to follow up on complex and detailed work activitiesAttention to detailExcellent organizational and customer service skillsAbility to troubleshoot problemsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional skills in Excel and WordExcellent written and verbal communications skills, tact, discretion, dependability and confidentialityAbility to multi-task in a dynamic working environmentCompetencies :Communication ProficiencyAnalytical ThinkingOrganizational SkillsFlexibility with changeComputer software aptitudeOnline portal managementEducation and Experience :High School diploma.
