KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Procurement Strategy:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies in line with organizational objectives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient purchasing processes.
  • Analyze market trends to anticipate and mitigate supply chain challenges.

Supplier Management:

  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure competitive pricing.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Contract Management:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts to meet company and legal standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate contract performance, addressing any disputes promptly.
  • Ensure timely renewals or terminations of contracts.

Administrative Procurement:

  • Oversee procurement of administrative essentials such as office supplies, IT equipment, and facilities services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Collaborate with finance to allocate budgets effectively and track expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in managing procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
  • Strategic sourcing and supplier management skills.
  • Experience in the power sports industry is preferred.
