- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related field including policy writing experience.
- Strong writing and editing skills to ensure clarity, accuracy, and conciseness in policies.
- Analytics skills to research legal requirements and identify potential risks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with process mapping and creating visual representations of workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with global teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
- Re-write of our global spend policy, ranging from minor edits to a complete document overhaul.
- Connect independent documents to ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across all documents.
- Develop process maps and create clear and concise presentations to effectively communicate policy changes to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and present new policy updates to key decision-makers and other business partners.
- Actively track feedback for the revised policy and incorporate necessary adjustments and amendments.
- Answer questions from internal teams regarding the new policy and its implementation.
- Work effectively with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment with the updated policy.
- Analyze spend data to identify untapped opportunities for productivity within new, unexplored areas.
