Job Title: Procurement Specialist (Senior Consultant)

Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead global strategic sourcing and procurement projects in the Business Services category, with an annual spend exceeding multi Millions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on indirect sourcing
• Advanced degree (MBA) or professional procurement designation (CSCP, CPM) is a plus
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and analytics
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, ERP systems (PeopleSoft), and Source to Pay (Coupa)
• Excellent project management and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing events and manage supplier relationships
• Negotiate contracts across multiple categories including Marketing, HR, and Business Services
• Oversee the RFx process, contract negotiations, and supplier performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost reduction and supplier innovation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
