PRODUCE RECEIVING HEAVY - ConAgra Foods : Job Details

Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $18.77 an hour + $$0.25 shift differential

DUTIES:

This is an outside position and may require heavy labor. Primarily assisting with opening barrels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull loads exceeding 50 pounds constantly throughout the work shift.
• Must have ability to climb stairs.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed when unloading trailers.
• Must work closely with Team Lead and Crew lead.
• Ensure surrounding areas are kept neat and sanitary.
• Adapt to changing situations and be able to establish priorities.
• Ability to train employees as needed.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, Crew leaders, Team Leaders, and QA lab.
• Complete paperwork in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and maintain an acceptable attendance record.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ensure actions are consistent with and support plant safety goals and procedures.
• Understand Vlasic policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.
