Job Summary: The Administrative Support Worker will provide essential support services to the Product Departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, organizing files, assisting with document and spreadsheet preparation, and handling various administrative tasks assigned by the department manager to support staff and management. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, along with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide support to product departments on an as-needed basis:
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets for internal teams to facilitate workflow and data organization.
- Product Backup to Product Administrators
- Set up new items. Process all necessary forms and enter data.
- Run reports, enter quotations, provide data entry, etc.
- Update current supplier price sheets.
- Confirm and expedite purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality.
- Provide additional support as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- Education: High school degree or equivalent.
- Microsoft or Google suite experience.
- Google Sheets, Excel.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Education: Post-secondary degree.
- Experience: 1+ years experience in an administrative support position.
