Job DescriptionThe Staff Pad has partnered with a community health center outside of Tucson, Arizona. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Product Coordinator to play a pivotal role in bridging product implementation and operational execution. This position ensures seamless communication between various teams, including IT, systems, operations, and clinical departments.   • Collaborate with vendors, IT, and internal teams to evaluate potential products and oversee implementation, go-live, and integration processes.
  • Coordinate operational processes to support organization-wide product adoption.
  • Serve as the primary contact for product-related inquiries, including training needs, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate product documentation, workflows, and vendor collaboration records.
  • Generate and analyze reports on product performance and organizational utilization.
  • Monitor staff and patient feedback to optimize product functionality and integration.
  • Communicate product updates and feature enhancements to relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review product performance and feedback.
  • Train staff on product usage and provide refresher sessions as needed.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Education: Associate degree in healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in product coordination, operations, or project management (required). Experience in a product-driven environment (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in analyzing data and resolving operational challenges.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
    • Knowledge of organizational policies, safety standards, and quality control practices.
Other Requirements:
  • Possession of or eligibility to obtain an AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Compliance with immunization policies, including but not limited to Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, Tdap, Varicella, TB Screening, and COVID-19 vaccination.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Adaptability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours.
