By extension our employees are a reflection of these values.Position Summary:Primarily, the Product Development Coordinator supports the Senior Product & Fashion Manager in the development and execution of several product collections each year. They will work closely with the Senior Product & Fashion Manager, the Director of Product and the design team to monitor and track samples and develop and execute product collections.Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for maintaining the sample doc and tracking all samples requests for BP Athletic, Graphics, Outdoor, Tactical and Shoes
• Track, sort and maintain all incoming samples, lab dips, trims and fabric swatches
• Assist in daily approvals, including lab dips, trims, and fabric
• Assist in getting designed products ready to go on the website by researching and gathering data for MRSP price and making sure product descriptions are accurately describing the products.
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding development and samples
• Support in collection design and development when needed
• Management of the Born Primitive Core Product Document

Required Minimum Qualifications/Job Knowledge:

• Bachelor or Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
• Must have strong organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Create and maintain a quality, professional work environment. Maintain a positive relationship with all co-workers and colleagues
• Knowledge of Google, Word, Excel
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm

Physical Requirements:This is a primarily sedentary position, however, standing desks are available for use. Associates may occasionally climb stairs, bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 10 lbs, and crouch as needed. Rarely associates in this position may be asked to push/pull up to 50 lbs, work in extreme conditions (heat/cold), and/or travel on a voluntary basis. How You Will Be Rewarded:
