We are currently seeking a Product Commercialization Manager to join our dynamic team in the food & beverage manufacturing industry. This role will be responsible for leading the overall commercialization process for our core products, from idea generation to launch. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pilot testing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring.
This individual can work remote; however, there will involve 50% of travel and you must be located on the East Coast.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product commercialization process for dairy products, ensuring that all stages, from development to launch, are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for new product development and innovation.
- Ensure all dairy products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, overseeing rigorous testing processes and implementing robust quality assurance measures.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, using data and analytics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements in the dairy industry, ensuring all products are in full compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets for product commercialization projects, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for new products.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, always seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the product commercialization process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product commercialization in the beverage industry.
- Proven experience with dairy product testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in the dairy industry.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, with a track record of bringing innovative products to market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
